Exec Recruiter

About Arsenal Pulse

Arsenal Pulse partners with mission driven companies across defense, aerospace, energy, robotics, and advanced manufacturing to fill the roles that matter most. Founded by Mike Moriarty and Geo Saba, our team brings experience from SpaceX, Anduril, Palantir, Google, and more. We focus on precision over volume, building trusted partnerships that help our clients find the people who build hard things.

About the Role

We're looking for a Recruiter to join our team and support our Contained Search and Contingent (The Pulse) engagements. You'll own searches from kickoff through close, partner directly with client stakeholders, and help candidates find roles where they'll thrive. This role is a great fit for someone who loves the pace of agency recruiting and wants to make a real impact at a growing firm.

You don't need a background in defense, aerospace, or manufacturing to be successful here. If you've worked in those spaces, that's a nice bonus. What matters most is strong agency and small tech start up experience and a track record of recruiting for tech, startup, or VC backed companies.

What You'll Do

• Manage full cycle searches across our Contained Search engagements, working as an embedded partner to client hiring teams
• Source, engage, and qualify candidates through LinkedIn, Gem, referrals, and our internal network
• Match strong candidates to open roles across The Pulse, including talent from other Arsenal Pulse searches
• Lead intake conversations with hiring managers to define role requirements, profiles, and search strategy
• Screen candidates and present thoughtful, well documented shortlists
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep searches moving with clear, consistent communication
• Guide candidates through offer and close, including compensation conversations
• Keep candidate and pipeline data accurate in our systems
• Share market insights with clients on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive landscape

What You Bring (Must Haves)

• Agency, search firm, or early stage tech start up recruiting experience
• Proven track record running full cycle searches from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Experience recruiting for tech companies, startups, or VC backed organizations
• Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with senior stakeholders
• Organized, self directed, and comfortable managing multiple searches at once in a remote setting

Nice to Haves

• Exposure to defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or government related hiring
• Experience with Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar ATS/CRM tools
• Background in RPO or embedded recruiting models
• Familiarity with startup compensation, including equity

Logistics

• US citizenship required
• No security clearance required
• Remote position
• Physical location: Remote
• Compensation: Base salary plus commission, based on overall experience and skillset
